By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale without reservation.
2. Products
All products offered on sameanthem.com are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minimal variations may occur, particularly in colors depending on your screen settings.
All items are offered subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will inform you by email and offer a refund or alternative.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC – TVA included).
Shipping costs are indicated before final confirmation of the order.
Same Anthem reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
To place an order, the customer must:

The order is considered final once the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
Same Anthem reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute.

Payment data is processed securely via Shopify’s payment partners. No banking information is stored on our servers.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times vary based on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery time will be indicated at checkout.
Same Anthem cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to external causes (strikes, customs, weather, etc.).
Shipping costs and options are displayed during checkout.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason or pay penalties.

Returned products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s).
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer should first contact us to seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with French legal provisions.
